Notice of No Surprises Act
The purpose of this notice is to inform consumers of the No Surprise Act under section 27988B-2(d)of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act) and how consumers are protected from unexpected medical bills related to out-of-network service providers. Click here to read the full notice.
Fees
Fee structure will be discussed in consultation phone calls. All service fees will be communicated prior to initial session. Access to fee structures can be found in the intake paperwork on Grace and Nature's EHR software, TheraNest. These documents can be accessed at any time once client's have registered for the portal and completed intake paperwork. Access to the portal and fee structure documents will be given prior to first sessions and before payment is received.
